A. Special Event request from Rick Withycombe, 3669 Eastwood Court, Bettendorf, for choir concert of 15 people at the Band Shell June 20, 2002 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Approve, Receive and File)


B. Special Event request from Shari Souza, 4217 Squire Drive, Bettendorf, on behalf of the Terrace Park Association to hold a family picnic for 50 people and have a moon walk at Kiwanis Park on Saturday, June 22 from 4:00 - 8:30 p.m. (Approve, Receive and File)
