Bettendorf High School's Student Council dreamed up a new assignment for it's student members - reach out to help various Quad City community organizations.

Practice for the Bettendorf Girl's Track Team began January 31. The first meet (indoors) will be February 26.

Pleasant Valley Board of Education meeting 7 p.m., Feb. 5

Tough defense and patience offense enabled the Bettendorf boys basketball team to upset sixth ranked Pleasant Valley 25-23 in MAC action Friday night (Feb. 2).

Bettendorf and Pleasant Valley square off tonight (Feb. 2) at BHS in the annual "Cake Walk" basketball game.

In the spring of 2000, two students at Bettendorf High School formulated a vision of a club that would help bring Bettendorf students closer together.

The Bettendorf wrestlers have been struggling this year with only three seniors returning from last season.
Their record is 7-5 in the Mississippi Athletic Conference.

The Bettendorf Swimming team is undefeated in the Mississippi Athletic Conference this year and in first place.

With new coach Dave Terronez and the long-time assistant coach Gary Hirsch, the Bettendorf High School Girl's Basketball team has been competing with renewed spirit this season.
